Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Wildfired platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
Description of Service
Wildfired provides a wildfire risk assessment platform that allows users to evaluate their property's wildfire risk and receive recommendations for risk mitigation.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Assessment Limitations
Our wildfire risk assessments are based on the information provided by users and available data sources. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that our assessments will identify all potential risks or that following our recommendations will prevent wildfire damage.
Insurance Matching Service
If you opt into our insurance matching service:
- We will share your assessment results with participating insurance providers
- We do not guarantee that you will receive insurance offers
- We are not responsible for the terms, conditions, or pricing of any insurance policies offered
Intellectual Property
Our risk assessment methodology is patent-pending. All content, features, and functionality of the Wildfired platform are owned by Wildfired and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wildfired shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wildfired and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the service.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
